Mistrangelo<\/em>). <\/p>\n<p>Esse costituiscono le prime Linee Guida sulla diagnosi e terapia di questa patologia, su cui sono ancora scarse le evidenze scientifiche nonostante il recente proliferare di lavori al riguardo.
