Ludwig<br \/>\nSurgery 143, N\u00b06, pages 778-783<\/i><\/p>\n<p>Lo studio suggerisce che la denervazione chirurgica consensuale alla mobilizzazione del colon sinistro nella resezione anteriore bassa del retto per ottenere un&#8217;anastomosi tension-free, causa un&#8217;alterazione delle vie alfa-simpatiche e dunque contribuisce a quella Sindrome che \u00e8 detta appunto &#8216;delle resezione anteriore bassa&#8217; (maggiore frequenza ed urgenza della defecazione, incontinenza, brevi movimenti &#8216;a grappolo&#8217; dell&#8217;intestino).
