The GEP (Gender Equality Plan) is a tool that allows for monitoring the gender dynamics of associations and companies and has also become a requirement for accessing EU funds, including Horizon 2020.
The GEP includes a gender audit, which collects and analyzes gender-disaggregated data to identify the areas where the gender gap is most evident, an analysis of the causes of the gap, and an action plan including intervention measures aimed at promoting gender equality.
