Sign on a new UCP

Any party wishing to set up a new UCP, should hand in an application to the Directive Council of the society, specifying the characteristics of the facility and its operative potentiality, the parameters according to which, after checking, the UCP will be classified.

and should enclose countersigned paper material. If the application fulfils all the requirements, it will be presented to the following SICCR directive council for approval.
